Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@soellelondon.com within 7 days of receipt.

We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure a replacement or refund is issued at no extra cost to you.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
